About the Role: Were looking for a KOL / Affiliate Manager to grow our affiliate and partner network across Southeast Asian markets through active outreach and relationship building.
This role is fully focused on searching contacting onboarding and scaling new affiliates and KOLs.
What youll be doing
- Actively search identify and recruit affiliates and KOLs across SEA markets
- Build and scale a local and regional affiliate network from scratch
- Conduct daily outreach via Instagram Telegram X (Twitter) LinkedIn email forums and communities
- Communicate partnership terms and onboard new affiliates
- Support affiliates during activation and campaign launches
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with partners
- Coordinate promotions launches and campaigns with affiliates
- Ensure partners follow brand guidelines and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal Marketing Product Design and Compliance teams
What were looking for
- Experience in affiliate marketing partnerships KOL/influencer marketing or business development
- Strong experience in manual search and outbound outreach
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
- Other languages as a plus
- Bahasa Indonesian
- Mandarin
- Thai
- Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience or strong interest in crypto trading fintech
- Independent proactive and comfortable working remotely
Nice to have
- Existing network of SEA affiliates or KOLs
- Experience working with CPA / revenue share / hybrid affiliate models
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
