We launched Wolt in Bulgaria in June and were now expanding into new cities! In this role youll be working in Burgas to build and maintain strong relationships with the restaurants and retailers our customers love to order from.
What youll be doing
As a Sales Manager your role is to be a true hunter responsible for building and managing your own pipeline of potential partners to approach and sign up to Wolt. This requires a solid understanding of which merchants across various verticals to prioritize along with excellent communication and negotiation skills to successfully guide them through the sales funnel.
As more partners come on board your responsibilities may evolve. Thats why its important that you thrive in a start-up environment where change is constant and theres always something new to sink your teeth into!
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Identifying potential partnerships and contacting partners that are a great fit for Wolt.
- Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships.
- Start relationships with the identified pipeline.
- Understanding venue performance in order to set profitable business terms and conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms.
- Creating a strong communications loop alongside the development team.
- Making sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data.
Our humble expectations
- Your background should be focused on field sales or business development - we want someone who can own the complete sales cycle from start to finish (what youve sold doesnt matter!)
- You are structured detailed and service-oriented and have experience working with data-driven sales processes.
- A natural hunter with excellent communication and networking skills.
- A real foodie with good knowledge of the local restaurant scene would be an advantage!
- Fluent level of Bulgarian and English.
- Drivers license
