We are looking for an enthusiastic highly motivated Business Support Officer to enhance our established team who will contribute to the key work of the Education and Childrens Directorate.

The post supports Adoption Lancashire and Blackpool based at County Hall Preston PR1 8XJ providing outstanding support to operational staff and managers. We are currently working a combination of home and office working therefore you will be required to have a suitable working space within your home and broadband connection. If you are unable to provide a suitable homeworking environment you will be required to work from your office base or nearest suitable office location for your non-office working hours. The office working days for this post are Tuesday and Wednesday.
You could be really experienced in administration or looking to build on your previous experience and theres no better place to do this than with us.

Knowledge and Experience Ideally you will have experience of working within an administration setting and have knowledge of using Microsoft packages and databases.
Great Communication Youll be engaging and providing advice to Managers Social Workers families members of the public and the rest of the team on a daily basis so being able to clearly communicate the information you need and listen to individual requirements is key.
