Summary

This position is responsible for the overall sales success and driving profitable growth across the Henry Schein One portfolio of solutions in the large group practice and DSO markets. The leader will manage the team and the quota attainment for these markets and will be responsible for driving strategic sales excellence and results to bring in new sales for this key growth market.

The role provides strategic sales leadership direction and managerial oversight of a large sales team of individual contributors and is responsible for the growth and success of our large group practice and DSO market representing HS1 to customers/prospects and partners. This includes driving revenue increasing profitability managing compensations plans and maximizing resources such as the HSD field partners while leveraging other internal Henry Schein One departments.

The role works closely with HS1 leadership and Henry Schein Inc. leadership across the Dental Industry to identify and execute effective go to market strategies manage and grow sales opportunities ensure alignment in our collaborative sales efforts. The leader actively manages directs and grows the general financial success of segments including leveraging marketing product management implementations support and various other departments within Henry Schein One.

The leader ensures well-trained sales representation at customer meetings key events and for day to day sales efforts. Responsible to coach in conjunction with Sales and Product Trainers new hires on all aspects of responsibilities/job duties and arrange ongoing training to enable team members success.


What you will do
  • Work closely with direct sales team to remove obstacles improve processes coach on product knowledge and sales skills to achieve sales goals and quotas
  • Actively manage direct and grow market segments for large group practices and DSOs
  • Align with strategic partners in the space to grow the business and market share through said partnerships by improving sales team alignment implementing strategic initiatives and go-to-market strategies
  • Seek to improve sales process and reporting
  • Exhibit excellent knowledge of company products pricing practices and selling skills
  • Forecast as we drive growth in the customer segment and across portfolios
  • Develop motivate mentor and retain premier sales and account management teams to meet goals
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on new products sales promotions and pricing to drive sales growth
  • Apply strong analytical acumen to develop and use a variety of metrics to evaluate performance identify opportunities and drive success
  • Manage CRM compliance
  • Manage sales team expenses
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required

Qualifications

Must have:
  • Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 3or more years of management experience
  • Typically a bachelors degree or global equivalent in related discipline
  • Prior sales leadership experience within SaaS industry
  • Typically 7 or more years SaaS experience preferably in dentalindustry
  • Experience usingSalesforce or other CRM
  • Proven independent decision making analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages
  • Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Project Management and consultative skills
  • Excellent communications / presentations / planning / organizational skills and ability to cultivate and develop lasting internal and external customer relations
  • Phenomenal customer service and engagement skills
  • Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional
  • Internal motivation and the ability to meet assigned goals
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage changing priorities and multi-tasking
  • Technological savviness and the ability to learn new concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of Henry Schein One software portfolio
  • Masters degree or higher in business administration sales marketing or other related majors
  • Experience with forecasting and building winning teams
  • Knowledge of Clari Groove Co-pilot or similar sales productivity tools

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 25%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.


The posted base range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00 with an OTE (On Target Earnings) range of $200000.00 - $210000.00. On target earnings include the annual base payas well as the on-target commissionwhich together represent the expected compensationrange for this role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience current skills location/labor market internal equity etc.
