About the role
We are looking for an SCPI Manager (Real Estate Investment Funds) to join our team in Lisbon Portugal.
As an SCPI Manager you will be responsible for ensuring rigorous and efficient administrative management of subscriptions while guaranteeing regulatory compliance and client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

Your missions
Administrative Oversight
Perform first-level checks and validate subscription files ensuring consistency of information and compliance with regulations (e.g. client profile vs. subscribed product source of funds under AML/CFT subscriber identity etc.).
Carry out bank reconciliations for subscription payments (transfers checks).
Conduct regular checks on subscription flows in collaboration with the IT team.
Act as the point of contact for our partners (financial advisors banks brokers) regarding subscription follow-up and perform regular follow-ups to ensure file completeness.
Serve as the main contact for notaries in handling client share transfer requests (account statements donations inheritances private sales divorces etc.).
Manage the setup and release of bank guarantees on client contracts (pledges releases).
Validate requests for setting up options within client contracts (scheduled payments dividend reinvestments).
Verify client identity for requests involving substantial information changes.
Interactions: Close collaboration with IT and Compliance teams.
Monthly Key Activities
Prepare monthly closing: ensure all ongoing activities are complete and up to date for closing.
Organize bi-monthly debit and payment sessions.
Interactions: Close collaboration with Sales and Finance teams.
Internal Efficiency Development
Manage and develop relationships with various service providers (e.g. back-office financing institutions).
Proactively suggest improvements to internal processes particularly in communicating business needs to IT teams and optimizing daily use of management tools.
Implement and/or replicate necessary administrative processes when launching new products.
Report issues to IT teams and monitor their resolution.
Anticipate new needs when necessary.
Interactions: Work in tandem and provide support across the entire Client Relations team and the Sales department.
Qualifications and experience
Education & Experience
Graduated with a Masters degree (Bac5) in Banking or Insurance.
You have initial professional experience in Middle Office operations.
Knowledge of the financial sector is a real asset.
Skills & Personal Qualities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
High level of autonomy in carrying out tasks.
Dynamic and proactive.
Proficient in IT tools (Excel industry-specific tools).
Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Customer and partner service-oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Operational level of English required.
