3-5 Must Haves	10 years of SAP QA Manager or Lead experience in FSCD FS-RI SAP BP Workflow and FiGL modules. Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan). 2 years of Business Analysis (BA)and/or Quality Analyst (QA) experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector. Knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration experience with upstream applications particularly Guidewire or similar Policy/Claim Administration Systems.

Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree and above from an accredited college or university * 10 years of SAP QA Manager or Lead experience in FSCD FS-RI SAP BP Workflow and FiGL modules * 2 years of Business Analysis (BA)and/or Quality Analyst (QA) experience in the Property and Casualty (P and C) insurance sector * Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) * Ability to create new test cases analyze failures and independently maintain/fix test scripts * Strong collaboration skills to work across various SAP teams and comprehend automation requirements * Experience in BA and/or QA application maintenance enhancement and Production Support in IT systems * Knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration experience with upstream applications particularly Guidewire or similar Policy/Claim Administration Systems * Proficient in developing and reviewing test plans scenarios cases scripts and in bug/defect analysis * Experience with SAP ChaRM for release management and coordination with SAP BASIS teams for production deployments * A solid foundation in SAP and a thorough understanding of software testing life cycles * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills * Experience leading teams in an onsite-offshore working environment model * Knowledge of the insurance and/or reinsurance domain is a plus * Effective communication skills both written and verbal
