Job Title: Senior Staff Engineer Test Development
Job Duties: Design develop and implement automatic test equipment and test programs for design verification and production testing. This includes the design of electronic circuits and writing test software to accomplish full test maintain and support all production test procedures and equipment on site and in other locations test development and characterization of pSemis leading edge Boost Buck and Charge Pump products. Work closely with Design and Characterization Engineers during all phases of IC development and support all lab ATE test development on probe and final test development for complex Power Management devices.
Required education: Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Electronic Engineering; or related.
Work Experience Requirements: 60 months of progressive work experience as a Senior Test Verification Engineer.
Additional minimum requirements: work experience to include at least 60 months of progressive work experience with each of the following:
- Test development for PMIC products debug and measurement;
- Analog digital circuits testing concepts Boost Buck Charge Pump circuit operation and testing principles;
- ATE Test Hardware Software Development C C;
- Statistical data analysis and techniques schematic capture PCB design for test fixtures;
- Lab test equipment including SMUs DMMs power supplies Oscilloscopes.
40 hours/ week. Job site: Nashua NH. Salary $140000$185000 / year. EOE
