Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant

The Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant will be responsible for translating complex business needs into well-structured functional solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & this Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant role you will conduct business process analysis lead requirements workshops and configure core D365 modules. The Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant will develop functional design documentation oversee testing cycles and support successful system deployments. As a Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant you will partner with stakeholders guide project teams and provide post go-live support. This Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant position requires strong functional expertise communication skills and experience delivering multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations.

• Design and document functional solutions within D365 F&O including General Ledger AP/AR Fixed Assets Budgeting Inventory Procurement Sales and Project Management

• Conduct business process analysis requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops

• Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and detailed process flows

• Perform Fit-Gap analysis and define functional and non-functional requirements

• Support configuration data migration and system setup activities

• Develop test plans and execute functional integration and user acceptance testing

• Support go-live activities issue resolution and post go-live optimization

• Deliver end-user training and create supporting documentation

• Provide ongoing functional expertise and guidance to support and project teams

• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Dynamics AX 2012

• Experience completing at least 2 full lifecycle implementations

• Strong knowledge of D365 Finance modules including GL Fixed Assets Budgeting Cash & Bank Management Expense Management and Consolidations

• Experience with Data Management Framework and multi-company implementations

• Strong documentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to advise on complex business scenarios and propose D365-based solutions

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications

• Experience with integrations and third-party solutions

• Knowledge of Power BI Power Platform Azure Logic Apps Azure Data Lake and SQL

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
