Job Summary
Responsibilities include leading client workshops mapping business requirements to technical configurations developing custom applications using JavaScript and integrating with external systems.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration: Lead technical workshops to gather requirements design solutions and configure the platform (workflows UI policies business rules script includes).
Development & Integration: Perform hands-on development using JavaScript HTML CSS and API integrations (REST SOAP Integration Hub).
Best Practices Advisor: Guide clients toward standard platform capabilities focusing on configuration over customization.
Documentation & Testing: Create technical design documents test scripts and user stories while performing unit testing and code reviews.
System Troubleshooting: Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues implementing solutions that improve performance.
