Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Enterprise Architecture Coordinator to support the Enterprise Architecture (EA) function of client.
- This role will assist the EA team with outstanding tasks data organization process cataloging and publishing EA work across internal platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented collaborative and capable of navigating a dynamic IT landscape.
- Need a coordinator to help move things along and keep track of tasks and more entry level
- Understanding of technology like Agile and related.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Assist with tracking and resolving outstanding EA tasks including architecture reviews approvals and coordination with BRMs and technical teams.
- Support EA-related initiatives such as IT project requests and Architecture Review Board (ARB) preparation.
Data & Process Management
- Organize and maintain EA data repositories including architecture documentation process maps and decision records.
- Catalog and maintain a structured inventory of EA processes including ownership assignments and prioritization schedules.
- Coordinate updates and version control for EA documentation and process artifacts.
Publishing & Communication
- Publish EA deliverables frameworks and updates to intranet sites and collaboration platforms (e.g. SharePoint Confluence).
- Assist in preparing presentations and communications for EA summits stakeholder meetings and internal forums.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with IT security infrastructure and business teams to ensure alignment on architecture decisions and tool adoption.
- Facilitate coordination across EA sub-functions such as data architecture integration and governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree(Not required) or equivalent experience(Required)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in IT coordination enterprise architecture support or technical project management.
- Familiarity with architecture governance processes software onboarding workflows and IT compliance standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a healthcare or regulated industry.
- Understanding of architecture review boards (ARB) technology onboarding processes and software lifecycle management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Enterprise architect experience is nice to have but not required.
Interview
Two rounds - 1st with the HM and 2nd would be a panel with EAs
