Job Description – Trade Relationship Manager
Location: Bangalore
CTC: Up to 9 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Product: Trade & Forex (Acquisition Portfolio Handling)
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Trade Relationship Manager to drive Trade & Forex business through acquisition of new clients and managing existing trade portfolios. The role requires strong knowledge of trade products customer handling and market engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new Trade & Forex customers through direct sourcing
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing trade clients
• Drive revenue through Trade Current Accounts LC BG OD and other trade products
• Coordinate with internal trade operations and credit teams for seamless processing
• Provide guidance to customers on trade transactions documentation and policies
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across CASA FX CMS and other banking products
• Maintain portfolio hygiene and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory norms
Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade/FX/Business Banking
• Strong understanding of LC/BG/Export-Import processes
• Good communication skills and relationship management ability
• Knowledge of Trade documentation remittances compliance and policies
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
