Key Responsibilities
Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and managers
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
Conduct joint customer meetings with bank staff
Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly)
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company guidelines
Support bank staff with product training and sales support
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Eligibility Criteria
1 5 years of experience in Bancassurance / life Insurance
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Skills Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sales and negotiation ability
