Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online marketplaces digital marketing and customer service ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings inventory and pricing across various e-commerce platforms
(Companys Website Amazon Zomato etc.).
Optimize product descriptions images and keywords to enhance visibility and sales.
Monitor and analyze sales performance generating reports and insights for
Coordinate with vendors suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely stock
Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback to enhance user experience.
Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns including PPC SEO and social
Manage order processing returns and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Stay updated with industry trends competitor activities and emerging e-commerce technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
Proficiency in MS Excel Google Analytics and e-commerce platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of SEO PPC and online advertising strategies is a plus.
