About the Role
Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Promotions & Merchandise Lead to provide critical planning coordination and administrative support to our Merchandise and Promotions team. Reporting to the National Promotions Manager this role plays a key part in the successful execution of promotional campaigns across the Total Tools network.

Key Responsibilities
Promotions
Provide end-to-end planning and administrative support to the National Promotions Manager
Assist with the execution of national promotional campaigns
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Act as a key conduit between Merchandise and Marketing teams connecting the dots across stakeholders
Manage campaign schedules deadlines and documentation
- Develop and maintain accurate spreadsheets and documentation to support campaigns
Review and annotate campaign assets
Prepare documents and materials for internal meetings
Brief the Merchandise team on upcoming promotions and requirements
Act as a key point of contact for gathering validating and relaying information between departments
- Assisting stores by actioning and coordinating their requests in a timely manner
Manage reconciliation of freight charges from TNT and FedEx
- Support the National Promotions Manager and Merchandise Operations Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and ad hoc requirements

About You
Youre detail-oriented organised and confident managing multiple priorities at once. Youre comfortable working independently but equally effective as part of a team.
Youll bring:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
A proactive flexible and team-first mindset
The ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook Teams Excel PowerPoint) Excel proficeincy is essential!
- Ability to work independently as well as in a wider team with minimal supervision
