Summary of Role:

GlobalFoundries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Lead Integration Architect to join our dynamic team. The M&A IT Lead Integration Architect will play a critical role in the successful integration of acquired entities into GlobalFoundries global business and IT operations. This role involves strategizing planning and establishing the integration roadmap across business processes technology and culture to deliver seamless transitions and maximize value from M&A activities.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of integration strategies for M&A projects ensuring alignment with GlobalFoundries business objectives and growth plans.
  • Serve as the primary architect and subject matter expert for technology and business process integrations related to M&A transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding IT HR Finance Operations Manufacturing R&D and Legalto identify integration requirements risks and dependencies.
  • Help develop and maintain detailed integration roadmaps and playbooks for acquired entities.
  • Conduct due diligence assessments to evaluate technology process and organizational fit prior to deal closure.
  • Establish systems integration strategy and contribute to process harmonization efforts to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.
  • Establish integration KPIs reporting progress and issues to executive leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with integration
  • Continuously improve M&A integration methodologies tools and best practices.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A integration IT architecture or business process transformation within a large global organization.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business Administration or related field. Or 10 years in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven track record of leading successful post-merger integrations preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems (ERP CRM HRIS etc.) business process mapping and data governance.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience participating in multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with cultural integration and change management in multi-national environments.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.

Expected Salary Range

$133400.00 - $259400.00
