The Role

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.

Open for breakfast lunch & dinner Thymes menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef restauranteur cookbook author and television presenter Karen Martini showcasing locally sourced seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee herbal tea blends local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails.

We are expanding our team in the Kitchen and seeking a professional experienced Commi Chef to support the Head Chef across all areas of this fast-paced kitchen.

This role offers flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster.

We offer a competitive annual salary superannuation.

About You

• You have a culinary qualification of Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Diploma in Hospitality
• You have 1 years experience in commercial kitchen
• You will have knowledge of food professional principles and practises
• You are guest centric a team player and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
• You are capable reliable and responsible
• You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
• You are available to work in the evenings & weekends
