What youll be doing...
- Prepare and present fresh high quality dishes for breakfast service
- Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintain strict food hygiene and safety practices in line with legislative requirements
- Follow recipes and brand standards with consistency and care
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate stock control procedures
- Contribute to a smooth energised kitchen service each morning
Qualifications :
- Flexible and available to work across a 7 day rotating roster with 5:30am starts
- Trade qualified with a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- Passionate about producing refined beautifully presented dishes
- Calm and detail focused delivering high quality food even under pressure
- Proactive and eager to continue developing your culinary expertise
- A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with colleagues and guests
