Job Accountabilities
First level support to end users based on Knowledge base available
Provide desktop and Laptop support.
Basic installation and uninstallation of all desktop applications
Handling ITSM Tool and allocating the tickets to the right resolver group
Providing Support for MAC & Windows OS related calls
Providing Support for Mobile Device (Android & IOS)
Installation of Business-related software
Ensuring Software Compliance in all the End User Devices
Working in Shifts for 24X7 support
