Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities What You Will Do in This Role
  • Manage the end-to-end Certification and Accreditation process including:

    • In-depth certification reviews and analysis

    • Release management ownership

    • ServiceNow University certification/accreditation path ownership

    • Internal process documentation ownership

  • Support and manage certification-related projects across the broader program team.

  • Determine methods and procedures for new assignments and coordinate activities across teams.

  • Work on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors and data analysis.

  • Exercise sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods techniques and evaluation criteria.

  • Research and implement state-of-the-art approaches and best practices within and outside the organization.

  • Evaluate identify and drive improvements across the certification portfolio.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners Development Partner Enablement and Operations to plan and track projects.

  • Define and maintain program governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience managing professional-grade certification programs.

  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and advanced organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high accuracy and precision.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and interpret large volumes of information accurately.

  • Experience designing and/or improving operational processes.

  • Ability to respond effectively to stakeholder needs in a fast-paced dynamic deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced MS Office proficiency particularly Outlook and Excel.

  • Experience with certification and/or learning management systems (LMS).
