The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the GIS(FME) team you will be part of the development design and delivery of Geographic Information System services to support utility industry clients. As a Manager you supervise and mentor junior team members manage diverse perspectives and foster consensus to achieve favorable results. You integrate strategic thinking technical proficiency and successful collaboration to drive GIS initiatives across various client functions including GIS applications data conversions and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements designing developing implementing and maintaining GIS custom applications and data integration solutions
• Developing/Customizing GIS Solutions in ArcGIS Pro.
• Build Arcade expressions for network and topology rules attribute rules constraints etc.
• Build Geoprocessing models thorough ArcGIS Model Builder and ArcPy
• Automating repetitive GIS tasks with scripts and workflows to boost efficiency and cut manual effort
• Understanding of Esri Utility Network- Containers Association Network Diagrams Terminal configurations etc.
• Managing software in source control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket
• Help building CI/CD pipelines for code deployment
• Facilitate UAT with the end users participate and ST and SIT

What You Must Have

• Minimum of five years experience with Esri ArcGIS Software (Enterprise Desktop Server ArcGIS Pro StoryMaps)
• Strong knowledge Framework.
• Proficient in ArcGIS Pro including Analysis (Geoprocessing) Automation (Tasks) setting up projects map files symbology layout etc.
• Strong understanding and development using Arcade expressions
• ArcGIS Pro Objects- Proficient in ArcGIS Pro objects ability to develop solutions in ArcGIS Pro.
• Experience in GP ArcPy Scripting Python
• Experience in UN framework
• Experience in developing SOE/SOI
• Map Configuration and development- publish Services
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to ever-changing situations
• Ability to work independently take direction and pro-actively manage time and work to maintain project schedules

What Sets You Apart

• Experience working in the Utilities domain will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Esri Utility Network
• Experience in FME Form and Flow
• Proven knowledge of database design and PL/SQL query stored procedure and trigger development
• Knowledge of Geodatabase versioning
• Experience with the Agile methodology and Jira software
• Advanced Excel capabilities
