Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and experienced learning leader to conduct needs analyses design and develop instructional solutions and manage large-scale curriculum development initiatives. This role will evaluate learning outcomes and continuously refine programs based on learner performance data customer objectives and product evolution.
A key component of this position is leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance learning experiences streamline technical content development and enable personalized learning pathways.
Key Responsibilities Learning Strategy & Curriculum Leadership -
Lead the design development and execution of technical learning programs aligned with organizational goals and learner needs.

Apply instructional design principles to create engaging scalable and competency-based learning experiences.

Conduct needs assessments and skills gap analyses to inform curriculum strategy.

Develop and manage the curriculum roadmap for new and existing learning programs.

Provide direction and oversight to the Curriculum Development team to ensure alignment with program goals and timelines.
Technical Content Development -
Identify and implement curriculum updates based on product and solution enhancements.

Develop and iterate technical instructional assets including:

Integrate competency-based credentials into learning programs in partnership with Certification and Curriculum teams.
AI-Driven Learning Innovation Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement -
Analyze learner feedback performance metrics and survey data to improve program effectiveness.

Translate learning data into actionable insights and demonstrate business impact.

Drive continuous improvements in instructional materials and digital learning experiences.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration -
Collaborate with Customer Outcomes Partner Enablement Certification and Curriculum teams to align learning programs with business outcomes and role-based competencies.

Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple levels including senior executives.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
8 years of experience in learning strategy instructional design curriculum development or program management within a corporate learning environment.

Proven experience designing and delivering technical curriculum using established instructional design methodologies.

Expertise in AI-driven learning solutions including adaptive learning content automation and personalization tools.

Deep knowledge of adult learning theory instructional design principles and competency-based education (formal education preferred).

Strong project and program management skills capable of managing multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously.

Experience leading cross-functional programs and aligning enterprise-level stakeholders.

Ability to interpret learning analytics and performance metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate measurable impact.
