Salary:
The board will provide a competitive compensation package. A multiyear contract with provisions for annual review and evaluations will be offered.
The salary and fringe benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

A strong knowledge of educational performance standards with successful experience in improving student achievement while integrating with district culture and fostering pride in student and staff success.
A proven ability to maintain and continuously improve district culture grounded in pride respect empathy and integrity with a focus on high expectations in the district.
The ability to communicate effectively and engage students community members and district personnel in important school matters with respect empathy and transparency.
A friendly approachable demeanor and willingness to work closely with district leadership staff and community.
An active participant in the community who builds pride in the district promoting partnerships and collaboration betweeen parents community leaders businesses and other stakeholders.
A proven ability to interact well with others and considered impartial and trustworthy by their peers.
