Youll play a key role in maximising asset performance driving innovation and delivering exceptional living experiences for our residents.
What youll be doing:
- Designing and delivering asset business plans aligned to fund strategies
- Managing asset performance optimising income and ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Taking responsibility for assetlevel P&L including Gross and Net Operating Income
- Identifying and implementing valueadd initiatives across individual assets and the wider portfolio
- Leading sustainability activity across allocated assets and updating ESG data platforms
- Monitoring forecasting and interpreting performance data to support reporting and valuations
- Collaborating with internal teams property management partners and specialist consultants
- Sharing ideas championing innovation and contributing to a sectorleading portfolio
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Experience managing residential or living sector assets
- Strong understanding of housing sector regulations best practice and performance metrics
- Proven ability to develop and execute asset strategies
- Confidence in financial modelling scenario analysis and dataled decisionmaking
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- A curious selfmotivated and teamoriented approach
- MRICS or equivalent qualification preferred alongside degreelevel education
