The Facilities Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Facilities Management function. This role ensures the efficient coordination of facility services through accurate record-keeping vendor communication service request tracking and internal coordination. The position supports timely responses to building needs and contributes to the smooth day-to-day operation at CMIs customer site in Washington DC.
Key Job Functions
- Maintain accurate records related to facility operations work orders and service documentation
- Track and manage Service Request System (SRS) entries and updates including integration with Maximo
- Coordinate communication with vendors contractors and internal stakeholders
- Support scheduling follow-ups and status reporting for maintenance and facility service requests
- Assist facilities leadership with administrative coordination and reporting as required
- Ensure timely processing and closure of service requests to support operational efficiency
Qualifications :
- Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Punctual reliable and efficient in task execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with facility management systems and administrative tools
