Job Summary

You will manage a team of Customer Sales and Service agents at SIXT taking full accountability for French market performance while driving quality customer satisfaction and productivity. This role combines people leadership with operational excellence as you deep dive into processes develop your teams knowledge and ensure premium service delivery to our customers. You will be a key part of our Lisbon hub working in our hybrid model while analyzing performance data running improvement action plans and building an engaged and high-performing team. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You manage a team of Customer Sales and Service agents with full accountability for French market performance and team development

  • You deep dive into processes to optimize workflows and continuously develop your teams knowledge level and capabilities

  • You work with the team to drive quality customer satisfaction sales performance and productivity targets

  • You analyze statistics and reports run root-cause analysis and own improvement action plans at both team and individual levels

  • You drive performance reviews and continuously support your team towards delivering true premium service to our customers

  • You share daily insights with management and serve as a Lisbon SIXT hub ambassador

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Leadership You have management experience as supervisor team lead or operations manager with both technical and disciplinary responsibility

  • Languages You are a native/fluent French speaker with fluent English skills (mandatory)

  • Communication You are confident conducting conversations even in critical situations and excel at motivating people and setting expectations

  • Process optimization You love analyzing and optimizing processes and establishing improvements within your team

  • Performance-driven You are self-motivated with ability to multitask and work successfully in fast-paced team environments

  • Technical skills You are proficient in MS Office programs especially Outlook and Excel for reporting and performance analysis
