Sales & Customer Support
Support sales representatives with quotations order processing and customer follow-ups
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding pricing availability and delivery
Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Order Management & Coordination
Process sales orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems
Coordinate with production supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery
Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues or delays
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and manage sales-related documents including quotations contracts invoices and shipping paperwork
Ensure compliance with chemical regulations.
Maintain accurate records in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Reporting & Administration
Generate sales reports forecasts and performance metrics
Maintain customer databases pricing lists and sales records
Assist with sales planning promotions and market analysis
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with finance on billing credit checks and payment follow-ups
Work closely with quality regulatory and technical teams to address customer requirements
Support audits and internal reviews related to sales and compliance
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field
25 years of experience in sales coordination customer service or sales operations (chemical or manufacturing industry preferred)
Familiarity with chemical products specifications and safety documentation
Additional Information :
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Knowledge of CRM software would be a plus
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Prior rExperience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
