Digital Analyst Social Insights
Key Purpose: Enable high quality insights grounded in conversation data and audience research.
This role combines social listening analysis with audience intelligence using platforms like GWI and Kantar as core sources.
Core Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize queries across listening platforms
- Monitor real time and historical conversations to identify trends and sentiment movement
- Extract and structure data for insight generation
- Analyze social conversation signals in combination with audience and market research platforms primarily GWI and Kantar
- Integrate datasets to form compelling narratives and evidence based insights
- Deliver clear written summaries and insight contributions for recurring and ad hoc reporting
- Support dashboards and trackers with conversation and audience updates
- Ensure consistency and reliability in methodology and quality checks across tools
- Maintain knowledge of platform features sample limitations and best practices for interpretation Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated hands on use of GWI and Kantar for insight generation
Experience:
- Experience should include pulling data filtering and translating metrics into insight themes
- Previous social listening experience using tools such as Talkwalker Brandwatch Meltwater or YouScan
- Proven ability to design Boolean queries
- Experience extracting structured datasets and organizing them for analysis
- Ability to combine multiple data sources into cohesive insight stories
- Strong analytical judgment and attention to credibility of data
- Comfortable in collaborative environments with evolving priorities
Nice to Have:
- Prior work contributing to client deliverables or storytelling frameworks
- Familiarity with sentiment tagging and content classification
- Exposure to dashboards or visualization platforms
