Job Summary
Work - Are you a strategic thinker with strong corporate environment experience Join Sunwater as a Facilities Coordinator where youll play a vital role in delivering a high standard of facilities and reception services to Sunwater offices. This will include coordinating day to day facilities services contractors to meet Sunwater HSE requirements alongside acting as a point of contact for building management after hours works and urgent business requirements.
As a Facilities Coordinator at Sunwater you will also:
- Coordinate day to day facilities services contractorsto meet Sunwater HSE requirements and minimise oreliminatedisruption to staff and communications to business
- Deliver and improve key processes such as uniforms PPE stationary corporate printing cleaning desk booking app building maintenance and other services.
- Support building works such as refurbishments new fit outs and relocations.
Sunwater is looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in facilities or office management in a corporate environment. Furthermore you will demonstrate strong understanding of WHS incidents and evacuations as well as contractor engagement and management.
You will also bring:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple deadlines
- Previous experience with managing sensitive and confidential matters
- Strong organisational time management and problem-solving skills

- Base salary starting from $97421.48
