We are looking for a Development Expert colleauge. You will play a critical role in developing an AI-first mindset within the Product & Engineering departments at SAP LeanIX and push the boundaries of our understanding and usage of the latest technology. The role includes the following responsibilities:
Collaborate within a smallfast movingteam to stay on top of latest advancements in AI
Work on discovery projects to learn and apply latest AI advancements to our product
Help teams integrate solutions from discovery into real features in production
Lead the evolution of our AI architecture and supporting technology
Build new internal tools to help the company leverage GenAI better
Validatenew approachesand spread learnings through all teams atLeanIX
What you bring:
- Staff level software engineering experience and can build end to end solutions from prototype to production
- Used to working and communicating across multiple teams and across the engineering org
- Understanding ofmachine learning concepts behind Generative AI
- You areinterested in latest developments in the field of GenerativeAI andhaveused it in business scenarios or at least internalexperiements.
- You arecustomer oriented wants to understand and build the right thing for the customers
- Proactivehands-oncuriousand eager to learn
- Experience building evaluation pipelines for AI and managing experiments
- Expertisein prompt engineering retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and AI Agents
- Hands-on experience with buildingextendingand improving Generative AI systems
- Shared knowledge broadly or mentored people/teams within yourpreviouscompany
