To support our Platform Team at the Hamburg headquarters we are looking for you as a full-time (40 hours) (Senior) Platform Engineer (f/m/d)* with immediate effect. As (Senior) Platform Engineer (f/m/d)* you will be responsible for our cloud infrastructure implementing Infrastructure as Code and providing services to the entire Engel & Völkers real estate company.
Tasks that let you grow
- Design implement and maintain our development platform and cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code
- Build and maintain tools and services to enable and accelerate our development teams and improve the maintainability and operability of our infrastructure
- Consult assist and collaborate with developers to enable them to get the most out of cloud-native technologies
- Improve our observability strategy and processes to enable data-driven decision making
- Develop and implement CI/CD and automation best practices
Your skills that inspire us
- Several years of experience in platform engineering or cloud computing as well as a deep understanding of networking and cloud deployment models
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (or similar) Kubernetes Git Scripting and a solid understanding of monitoring solutions (e.g. Prometheus StackDriver DataDog)
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Terragrunt Helm etc.) and automation using CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex problems across complex systems
- Comfortable utilizing AI and automation tools to optimize workflows and increase productivity
