About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurseto join our team at Aminya Centre on a permanent part-time basis delivering compassionate person-centred care that supports residents to live this role you will lead by example and inspire your team build meaningful relationships with residents and their families and work within our MyTeam model partnering with a consistent group of residents to provide tailored care that honours their dignity and choices.
Successful candidates must be available to work Thursday and Friday AM or PM shifts.
What do we need from you
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in clinical leadership and team collaboration
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and emergency response skills
- Effective time management and organisational abilities
