What Youll Do

Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth.
Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans.
Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER ICS ABA) to maximize outcomes.
Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.

Minimum Qualifications

Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Licensure: Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC
Experience:

1 years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred)
1 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred)

Strong written/verbal communication organization and time management skills
Valid drivers license proof of insurance and unrestricted driving privileges
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EMR systems
Ability to work effectively with participants families and teams in homes schools and community settings
