The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership within a financial services firm. This role requires exceptional discretion organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules sensitive information and competing priorities in a highly regulated and deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and comfortable interfacing with clients internal stakeholders and external partners.

Salary: $55-60k/year
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive calendars including scheduling meetings board sessions client calls and travel
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries accommodations and expense reporting
- Prepare review and edit executive correspondence presentations reports and financial documents
- Organize and support board meetings investor meetings and executive-level presentations
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism
- Assist with compliance-related documentation regulatory filings and audit preparation as needed
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts financial records and executive materials
Requirements:
- 3 years administrative assistant or executive assistant experience
- Prior experience working for a financial services or accounting firm
