We are looking for a/an Procurement Manager to join our ServicesAME team in United States.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for rotating equipment spare parts and maintenance services.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing negotiation and contract management.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality reliability and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and assess risks to maintain competitive pricing and supply continuity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and establish purchasing plans.
- Ensure compliance with legal ethical and company standards in all procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and supplier performance.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Resolve issues related to delivery quality or payment disputes with suppliers.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 7 years in procurement or supply chain management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
