About the Role
As an Assistant Manager Petrus you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely courteous and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant; co-ordinate with the Chef in sections appointed on planning of promotions menu planning budget control and staff training.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff in delivering excellent service in line with Hotel service standards and exceed guests expectations.
- Create new ideas and recommend changes to constantly improve our service standards.
- Ensure that all materials equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned for prolong usage.
- Ensure general maintenance of sections appointed and follow up on work order forms with Engineering department.
- Review guest feedback / critique forms /logbooks on operational issues / P&L statement.
- Support Restaurant Manager and the team in ad hoc assignments.
About You
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience; with 2 years of supervisory level experience in luxury Hotel industry / fine dining restaurant operation
- Excellent command of English Cantonese and Putonghua
- Service-oriented with outgoing personality
- Innovative and strong sense of market trends
- Presentable with strong leadership skills
- Proactive customer and business oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
