Position Responsibilities:
Respond to brokerage channel hotline and email enquiries in relation to new business & underwriting policy services claims and life insurance product features in good quality standards and within pre-defined service turnaround time.
Handle daily incoming documents from broker including new business application payment reconciliation after sales policy services to internal for processing/outgoing documents.
Identify common incomplete items for application submissions and share best practices with team members in minimizing pending cases.
Provide sales support and case management to distributors.
Prepare regular sales and operation MIS reports to management.
Work with other teams to ensure quality and effective delivery of services to distributors.
Required Qualifications:
Degree/diploma holder
LOMA qualification is well regarded
Customer service oriented
Responsible and attentive to details
Adherence to quality standards
Good problem solving skills
Independent and able to work under pressure
Good communication and presentation skills
Good command of English and Chinese both spoken and written
Strong PC and Strong in Excel skills
