About the Role
As aCustomer Development Executive youll be responsible for developing and executing robust omnicommercial strategies designed to forge lasting partnerships drive significant sales growth and maximize market reach. Youll operate as a strategic business partner to key accounts leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to consistently exceed performance targets and catalyze sustainable growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain robust customer partnerships to drive sales growth and visibility.
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory by implementing and monitoring commercial strategies particularly the 5Ps execution.
- Ensure financial compliance by strictly enforcing credit policies and managing administrative tasks including credit notes and account monitoring.
- Manage customer inventory (DOH) to ensure optimal stock levels at all points of sale.
- Conduct regular trade visits to identify new opportunities monitor competitor activities and ensure correct in-store execution.
- Drive growth and distribution through proactive communication participation in key negotiations (e.g. Top-to-Top JBP) and offering tailored solutions to customer needs.
- Analyze sales data and statistics to inform decision-making optimize promotional plans and prepare strategic business plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or related fields
- At least 2 years of Commercial Experience as a Trainee field sales Retail Marketing or Marketing function in FMGC companies
- Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Intermediate English level
- Negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing SAP BI Nielsen or Google Tools (Gemini)
