A highly respected secondary school in Derby is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to lead their Finance HR Operations and Administration functions from January 2026. This is a senior role requiring strong leadership and strategic oversight.

This full-time position includes managing the schools financial planning HR processes site operations health & safety compliance procurement contracts and leading the administrative team. You will work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to ensure smooth and efficient school operations that support high academic standards.
