Job Summary
We are looking for a Raw Materials Controller to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels aligned with physical and system counts
- Enforce FIFO 5S and inventory control standards across all material areas
- Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate variances using mass balance and root cause analysis
- Coordinate timely receipt storage and issuance of raw and packaging materials
- Manage material flow across receiving syrup rooms production and distribution points
- Ensure compliance with SOPs for receiving GDV GRV and dispatch processes
- Support production planning by managing material availability and identifying shortfalls
- Align raw material usage with production schedules to minimise downtime
- Communicate risks and constraints affecting production timelines
- Implement proper storage and handling practices to preserve stock quality
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness organisation and compliance with storage standards
- Ensure adherence to internal controls audit requirements and company policies
- Prepare and update COS TOP50 sustainability utilities KPI and MTD reports
- Identify and escalate discrepancies for corrective action
- Ensure data integrity and alignment with monthly production outputs
- Provide low stock alerts and accurate requisitions to procurement
- Collaborate with supply chain and procurement to ensure continuity of supply
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across materials management
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Sage
- Strong accounting and cost management knowledge
- Solid experience in inventory management and materials handling operations
- High analytical accuracy and strong cross functional communication skills
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting
