Job Summary

As an Application Support Engineer you will act as software detectives providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies contributing to the overall improvement of service delivery and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes to enhance system performance.- Provide training and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).- Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner.- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making.
