Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately entering claim details into the system and maintaining records.
- Customer Communication: Guiding customers through claim requirements filing and status updates.
- Document Verification: Reviewing submitted documents (e.g. in healthcare or insurance) for completeness and accuracy.
- Process Coordination: Assisting with claim investigations and coordinating with internal teams or clients.
- Reporting: Preparing reports on claim status and adhering to compliance policies. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree often in any discipline or specialized fields like finance/business.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication computer proficiency (MS Office) and attention to detail.
- Attributes: Customer service orientation ability to work under pressure and multitasking capabilities.
- Experience: Previous customer service or administrative experience is often preferred but not always required for entry-level roles.
