Job Summary
Job Description:

Act as the first line of support for business and IT teams.

Monitor and maintain production applications to ensure optimal performance and high availability.

Troubleshoot issues particularly within Azure cloud-based applications.

Configure maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes.

Improve release reliability and minimize downtime.

Provide L2/L3 production support.

Detect analyze and resolve incidents including performance bottlenecks and deployment failures.

Ensure quick resolution to maintain system stability.
-
Implement monitoring alerting and logging solutions.

Utilize tools such as Dynatrace and ServiceNow for performance tracking and incident management.

Ensure proactive identification and resolution of system anomalies.

Develop scripts to automate repetitive operational tasks.
-
Improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Work closely with development and QA teams to enhance workflows.
-
Follow DevOps best practices and ensure production systems adhere to security standards.

Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and execution.

Support production installations and weekend maintenance activities.
-
Ensure business continuity and system resilience.

Willingness to work in shifts aligned with APAC or EMEA time zones as per business requirements.
