1. Production Support & Application Monitoring -
Act as the first line of support for business and IT teams.

Monitor and maintain production applications to ensure optimal performance and high availability.

Troubleshoot issues particularly within Azure cloud-based applications.
2. CI/CD Pipeline Management -
Configure maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes.

Improve release reliability and minimize downtime.
3. Incident Management & Troubleshooting -
Provide L2/L3 production support.

Detect analyze and resolve incidents including performance bottlenecks and deployment failures.

Ensure quick resolution to maintain system stability.
4. System Monitoring & Reliability -
Implement monitoring alerting and logging solutions.

Utilize tools such as Dynatrace and ServiceNow for performance tracking and incident management.

Ensure proactive identification and resolution of system anomalies.
5. Automation & Scripting 6. Collaboration & Security 7. Disaster Recovery & Maintenance Support -
Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and execution.
