Position: Oracle HCM Technical Lead

Location: Washington DC Occasional visits

Duration: 9 Months with Possible extension

Insights:

• Must have government or public sector experience.
• Approx: 4 onsite visits-Washington DC during (Design SIT UAT and Go-live)
• Required for Public Trust Clearance
• Oracle Tools
  • OIC HCM Extract VBS (Oracle Visual Builder Studio) and VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Studio)

Description:

• Responsible for end-to-end technical delivery ensuring solutions are secure scalable and compliant with all applicable federal regulations and standards.
• Understanding of Oracle Gov Cloud and capabilities available within the Gov Cloud.
• Supervise a team of skilled developers providing clear direction mentorship and quality oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee technical reviews and ensure adherence to project milestones security protocols and federal compliance requirements such as FISMA and FedRAMP.
• Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to build secure seamless connections within Oracle HCM and with federal partner or legacy systems leveraging APIs and certified adapters.
