We are working with a Houston-based client that is actively upgrading and standardizing their environment in Epicor Kinetic. They are seeking a highly experienced Epicor Kinetic Technical Consultant to lead the uplift of dashboards customizations and development processes fully into Kinetic.

This is a high-visibility engagement with a firm deadline to complete the work by September.

Project Overview

Primary Goal

• Uplift 40 customizations and 321 dashboards into Epicor Kinetic

• Review remediate or scrap prior attempted migration efforts

• Ensure all assets function natively within Kinetic framework

Secondary Goal

• Uplift remaining legacy components into Kinetic

• Leverage ERP Analyzer to assess and guide modernization efforts

• Transition development processes from Classic Main Menu to fully Kinetic-based development

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current Epicor Classic customizations and dashboards

• Convert and redevelop dashboards using Kinetic Application Studio and modern framework tools

• Redesign/replace legacy customizations to align with Kinetic standards

• Utilize ERP Analyzer to evaluate technical debt and prioritize remediation

• Establish and document a Kinetic-based development process

• Review prior migration attempts and determine salvage vs. rebuild strategy

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate functionality and performance

• Ensure all work is production-ready and aligned with best practices

Required Experience

• Strong Epicor Kinetic experience (REQUIRED Must Have)

• Proven experience converting Classic customizations to Kinetic

• Deep experience with:

  • Application Studio

  • BAQs & BAQ Dashboards

  • BPMs

  • REST services

  • Dashboard modernization

• Experience working with ERP Analyzer

• Strong understanding of Epicor architecture and technical framework

• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines
