Job Description:

1. Framework Automation
2. Design implement and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java Selenium WebDriver Cucumber BDD and related libraries
3. Create maintainable page object module based test suites enforce coding standards reviews and reusability
4. Experience in Tricentis TOSCA
5. Oracle Functional Validation
6. Translate business flows in Oracle Cloud Oracle EBS eg HCM Finance R2R SCM P2PO2C CRM EPM into executable test scenarios
7. Validate integrations reports and security roles support patch regression cycles
8. CICD Tooling
9. Set up and optimize CICD for continuous testing eg Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions enable parallel headless and scheduled runs
10. Integrate test results dashboards and quality gates own pipeline health and stability
11. Quality Engineering Practices
12. Champion BDDTDD risk based testing test data strategy and traceability from requirements to defects JIRA ADO
13. Drive API testing eg REST Assured Postman SoapUI data validation and cross browser testing
14. Team Leadership Collaboration
15. Lead a small squad 46 engineers plan sprints assign work mentor and uplift automation maturity
16. Partner with product owners developers and architects communicate clearly with business stakeholders
17. Governance Continuous Improvement
18. Define coverage metrics report KPIs perform RCA on failures continually improve reliability and execution speed
19. Must Have Qualifications
20. Strong programming skills in Java deep expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber BDD
21. Proven experience automating Oracle business processes any module HCM FIN SCM CRM EPM
22. Experience with Oracle patch impact analysis and regression strategy
23. Hands on with CICD setup and maintenance Azure DevOps Jenkins GitGitHub
24. Tricentis Tosca certification AS1AS2 or higher practical use of Tosca for enterprise apps
25. Exposure to test data design Tosca TCDTDS accessibility security testing and performance basics
26. Solid experience with JIRA and or Azure DevOps ADO for work management and traceability
27. Excellent communication skills written verbal ability to present quality status to leadership
28. Experience in team management mentoring within Agile Scrum Kanban environments

30. API test automation Postman REST Assured SoapUI service virtualization or data driven testing
31. Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes fundamentals for pipeline execution
