Roes Cooperativa is a social cooperative enterprise founded by professional trainers social workers project managers and informal groups. Our aim is to create an alliance that fosters innovative experiential and non-formal education approaches. We are registered in the Social Solidarity Economy (SSE) database of Greece ().

Role Overview
Due to rapid development Roes Cooperativa is offering a Communications Officer / Communications Lead (hands-on) position to a person willing to join its force around Athens Greece.
This role is operational and execution-oriented with responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of communication outputs brand consistency and visibility requirements of EU-funded projects.
Main Tasks (Indicative)
- Plan and deliver regular communication for EU-funded projects (Erasmus KA1 KA2 European Solidarity Corps and others) across visual and non-visual channels (online and offline).
- Oversee and organize communication channels and design productions for Roes Coop ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Draft and develop communication guidelines and reusable templates.
- Design and create visual materials and short videos.
- Mentor and coordinate young people/learners contributing to communication and documentation tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong aesthetic sense aligned with the Roes Coop brand.
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up writing repurposing and routine communication tasks.
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency or quick learning ability in Canva and CapCut.
- Comfortable working with recurring tasks templates and simple systems.
Extra Qualifications
- Prior experience with the Erasmus program is highly appreciated.
- Work or volunteering experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required.
- A degree in design and/or communications is welcome but not mandatory.
