Within this framework we are looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be working with industry-leading technologies from Genesys Google NICE and AudioCodes deploying and supporting innovative customer experience solutions for telecom operators and enterprises in Greece and abroad.
As a part of our supportive and experienced team youll get hands-on training and gradually take on responsibilities such as:
- Implement and maintain IVR and call routing solutions
- Design and build dashboards for real-time and historical reporting
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Deploy and configure cloud-based and on-premises contact center software solutions
- Develop digital bot flows to enhance customer interactions
- Integrate applications with backend systems for enhanced functionality
- Continuously enhance technical skills through training and learning
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field
- Working knowledge of Windows Systems
- Familiarity with Computer Networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Desired Skills:
- Experience in supporting enterprise applications
- Experience in JavaScript or other scripting languages for automation
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools
- Using Linux and basic administration
- Problem-solving skills in IT environments
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning new technologies
