Job Summary
The Mission We are selecting a highly capable nursing professional for a prestigious 1:1 care role aboard a 90m private superyacht. You will be responsible for the health and dignity of an 80-year-old VIP Principal. This position offers a lifestyle far removed from the clinical ward centered around a Mediterranean summer itinerary. You will cruise between Monaco the Greek Islands Ibiza and the Algarve ensuring the Principal receives seamless medical support while at sea.
The Team You will join a robust medical department designed for excellence. A Lead British Doctor provides clinical governance and strategy while you work alongside resident Physiotherapists to maintain the Principals mobility. The nursing team is composed entirely of Western-trained staff ensuring a familiar and professional clinical environment.
The Safety We prioritize the well-being of our medical staff. To ensure you remain alert and rested we strictly enforce a double-nurse shift system. This structure guarantees you have defined working hours and the freedom to explore the yachts exclusive destinations during your downtime.
The Process We respect your location. The initial selection phase is conducted via a secure online interview platform allowing you to qualify for this role from Greece or your current base before any deployment logistics are arranged.

Requirements
Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is the mandatory educational standard.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is required to manage the autonomy of the role.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is essential for clear communication with the medical lead.
Attributes: High emotional intelligence discretion and the ability to adapt to the formal etiquette of a superyacht.
