Job Summary

Head Renewable Energy

Designation: GM / AVP

Role Overview:

Lead the renewable energy vertical including Solar PV BESS and hybrid projects. Responsible for strategy project execution technology selection and business performance across the renewable portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Define renewable energy strategy and execution roadmap
Oversee project development engineering procurement & execution
Evaluate new technologies vendors and EPC models
Ensure projects are delivered within timelines cost and quality benchmarks
Coordinate with utilities regulators consultants and internal teams
Monitor project performance risks and compliance

Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

BE / ME Electrical / Mechanical / Civil
20 years total experience
15 years relevant experience in Renewable Energy (Solar/BESS)
