Job Summary

Rentyme supports landlords and hosts in managing marketing and optimizing their furnished short-term rental (BnB) properties. We are seeking a proactive energetic junior real estateminded associate to recruit BnB hosts onboard properties and support early host success. This role blends acquisition onboarding property evaluations and light marketing responsibilities to help hosts succeed and ensure highquality listings on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Host & Property Acquisition (30%)

- Recruit landlords BnB hosts and property owners.

- Conduct property visits to assess readiness.

- Explain Rentymes BnB offering and convert prospects.

- Acquire 5 new properties per month.

2. Host Onboarding & Success (30%)

- Guide hosts through setup inside the Rentyme platform.

- Assist with photos listing details pricing and configurations.

- Provide first 30-day success support for new hosts.

3. Listing Quality & Marketing (20%)

- Capture or coordinate high-quality photos and videos.

- Write clear appealing listing descriptions.

- Help hosts apply competitive pricing strategies.

- Collaborate with marketing for featured listing promotions.

4. Field Operations & Market Insights (20%)

- Research local rental trends and competitor BnB pricing.

- Attend property-related events for brand visibility.

- Provide product feedback from host interactions.

KPIs

- Monthly Property Acquisitions: 5 listings

- Onboarding Completion Rate: 90%

- Listing Quality Standard: Meets Rentyme guidelines

- Host Satisfaction: Positive feedback within first 30 days

Requirements

- 12 years in real estate marketing or property-related work

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to perform field visits

- Organized self-driven and comfortable with targets

- Basic photography or content creation skills

Preferred:

- Experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals

- Knowledge of Nairobi rental neighborhoods

- Pricing and occupancy optimization understanding

- Canva or photo editing tools like capcut

Compensation

- Base Salary: KES 25000

- Commission: Per-property acquisition bonus

- Expense Allowance Provided
